My Little City Break!

Hello Wonderful Followers,

I'm just back from my holiday! So here is a new blog for you about a few days I had last week when I went away with sister and Auntie! We had no idea where we were going because my Auntie planned it all! It turned out we went on a little city break to London! Which I was very happy about as I love London and the weather was amazing! So I thought I would share with you some of the fun activities we did and obviously show you what we ate and drank during the few days!

Afternoon Tea at Ritz!

So on the first night which was Monday we went on a very special trip to the Ritz. For any of you who don't know it is a very posh hotel in London and I was very lucky to have the chance to go! It was beautiful, the "Ritz Royal Tea" was amazing, the cakes and sandwich were never ending and the service impeccable! Even though I'm not really posh enough to be going to places like the Ritz they were so accommodating and made me feel right at home! It was amazing!

Up at the O2!

On the Tuesday morning we had been told nothing but to not wear a dress and we may need a harness. Sounds like were doing something terrifying doesn't it, however it wasn't at all and turned out to be a really fun activity! We climbed up and over the O2 a massive arena in London! We were all strapped on with fully body harness and had to wear funny looking vests. I had volunteered to be the group leader, so I got to go first all the way up and down. We also got unhooked and were allowed to walk around the very top on a viewing platform! It gave an amazing view of London seeing things you wouldn't normally see, such as Canary Wharf, Olympic park and the Thames barrier! It was lots of fun but not too scary for any of you who are afraid of heights"

Boris Bikes in the Park!

This is one thing Emily and I chose to do, I've always loved the idea of getting on a Boris (Barclay's) Bike in the park and going for a little ride so we did! We picked them up from just outside Green Park tube station and went on a love ride around Hyde park all topped off with an ice lolly. Perfect summer activity for any one who will be in London during the summer!

Shopping on Oxford Street!

On the last day (Wednesday) we decided to brave the shops on Oxford Street as I needed thing for my holiday! We visited many shops but none quite as crazy as the Oxford St Primark which was completely mental! while I was there I only got a few things, Shorts from Forever 21; swimming costume and skorts from Primark and Ted Baker sunglasses from Boots! We were also given free butter and coke while walking down the road, rather odd but I would never say no to a free tub of flora!

Food and Drink!

Instead of talking though everything I ate I thought I would just make a collage of all of the food and drink I consumed over the 3 days! I went to a different place every meal but they were all as tasty as each other!

So overall I had an amazing time in London, a big thank you to My Auntie Tracy for taking me! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I got up to and again sorry for not uploading regularly every Sunday lately. I will hopefully have another blog up soon! Till then I will leave you with with cool photo I took of a painting in London!

Simple Hair Styles for Hot Summer Days!

Hello Wonderful Followers,

Today I'm doing a blog which I've been very nervous to do as I feel I'm pretty rubbish with my hair so seeing me do it would just make you laugh however I've found a few simple hair styles I've enjoyed doing over the last few summery days!

Also just to say sorry to my face in most of the photos, I really wanted to do this blog however I was definitely having an ugly day. So just ignore my face, and look at the hair thank you!

1) Happy Pony

This one is the most simple of the hair styles but still looks pretty for summer. Most importantly it keeps all your hair out of your face! To do this I basically scrapped my hair up into a very high pony and put a very bight pink bow on to to make it extra summery!

2) Messy Bun (with plaits)

This one is a little bit harder to do but not to bad. All I did was plait the 2 front sections of my hair and secure them with a hair band. Then take all of my hair including both plaits all in to a pony. I then twisted the pony around and around to make my messy bus and shaped it and secured it with hair grips (bobby pins).

3) Fish Tail Braid

This is very simple when you know what your doing and looks very effective. To do this I took all of my hair to one side of my head, split it into and then took small pieces of hair from the outside of each part and brought them to the middle. I know I haven't explained that very well however I'm sure if you You Tube it many tutorials will come up.

4) Milkmaid Braids

This may look like one of the complicated but I promise that it is probably one of the easiest! All I did was split my whole hair in two (like you would for pigtails). I then plaited each section making sure to do the little first bit facing upwards securing with bobbles. You then put them on your head like you can see in my picture and them secure them with hair grips! Giving the effect it was complicated but it is simple!

I hope this blog has given you some more ideas for you hair this summer. Remember I can  do them they must be easy so don't be afraid to give them a go!

Start of Summer Shopping Haul

Hello my Wonderful Followers,

Over this weekend after all my exams and prom was over, I've been doing a little bit of shopping for the summer and my holiday! So I thought I would share with you what I brought each day and the things I think was a real bargain!

Friday

These shoes are something I've been wanting for ages! They are Nike Training Air Sculpt TR in grey and neon pink! They are so comfy and will be useful for exercise and just every day use! Love them and I haven't worn any other shoes since!

I could only find the link to the blue ones, sorry: http://bit.ly/1oyG1EF

Saturday

Socks! Although sounds rather a boring thing to buy as I am wearing my new trainers and converse much more than boots and the weather gets warmer i realised they looked silly with my ankle socks! So I was on the hunt for trainer socks but low one which don't show too much if I am wearing my shorts. So when I sore these no show trainer socks in Next I fell in love the have fun fruity patterns on too!

This is something else I've been wanting for a very very long time and finally let my self buy it! It is of course a Tanya Burr lip gloss, from the same collection as my nail varnishes in a previous blog! I got the colour picnic in the park which is a pretty pink colour! My favorite thing about this lip gloss is how it smells I cant describe it but it smells so lovely and tastes good too!

This was a real bargain for me as I only had to fork out 18p because I payed for the rest on a gift card! However I love this top it is so bright and summery. It is a light and shiny material which is light for the warm weather (I hope we get) this summer! You may not be able to see from my photo but the center of the daisies are neon pink! Which I thought were really fun and bright for this summer!

This is my favorite thing I got the whole weekend and I'm so so happy with it! It is the gorgeous faux leather jacket I picked up in TK Maxx! It is amazing and just what I have been looking for, for at least a year and got it for amazing price of only £29.99. It is from a company call redial however could not find a link. However this is the closest I could get: http://bit.ly/1rD9SyV

Sunday:

On Sunday I took a quick trip to Primark an picked up a few things I needed for my holiday! I will talk you though what I got!

1) Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtle Pajamas
These are just good quality cute Pj's which I loved and needed for my holiday as it may be warm at night and for £8 they were a good find!

2) Nude cardigan
Another holiday essential for if it gets cooler later in the days or if the weather isn't as hot as I would like it to be. It was £6 and is really soft. If you are looking for any other colour cardi there are many colour in the same style in Primark!

3) Pastel Colour Shoe Liners
More socks, for the same reason as earlier but just more of them is better! Don't want to running out, and 7 pairs fro £2.50 I couldn't refuse.

4) Pink Purse
I basically needed a purse for my holiday which is smaller than my large one I use everyday, so I thought this was bright, fun and easy to see in my bag! This was once again a bargain at £4!

So that's all sorry this one was a bit long but I hope you enjoyed seeing what I brought and got you inspired for you summer shopping too! If you would like to hear more from me and see my next blog to come and follow my Bloglovin Page and like my blog's Facebook Page!
